Show a single mom in college that her community supports her by creating a care package for Mother’s Day. When you’re a single mom in college, you don’t get much time to yourself. Between college classes, work, and raising kids without a partner, it takes a special kind of woman to persevere. We want to honor their sacrifices and celebrate their accomplishments this Mother’s Day.
How to build a care package for a single mom:
- Sign up here
- Build the care package. Include items you’d give to your own mom, like candles, beauty face masks, slippers, moisturizing cream, chocolate bar, coffee mug, snacks, etc. See our idea guide for more ideas!
- Drop off the care package on Tuesday, April 30th and Thursday, May 2nd from 4:30-6:30 pm at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 9812 Hamilton Ave Huntington Beach, CA 92646
